FreshNetworks is looking for a Head of Marketing.
We’re looking for a marketing genius keen to put all their skills to the test, becoming an essential part of our impressive, high-energy team. FreshNetworks is an early-stage web-technology business. We’re at the cutting edge of digital marketing and we’re looking for someone to shape our brand and lead all our marketing efforts.
 
You’ll be responsible for everything from brand strategy down to the finest detail in our marketing collateral. And you’ll be expected to have a major impact on this fast-growing business.
 
This is a challenging role that will be vital in ensuring the success of FreshNetworks. You will receive support from your colleagues but you will be expected to take personal responsibility for planning and delivering high quality marketing activities that enforce the brand and enhance the presence of FreshNetworks as a leader in our market place.
 
We have high expectations of the right candidate. You will need to balance a role as brand guardian and logical, innovative thinking that drives the growth of our business. You will demonstrate strong organisational, numerical reasoning, and creative skills whilst still retaining a desire to be involved with delivery in a practical way.
 
You should have a wide range of marketing experiences such as strategic planning, PR management, events organisation and running tactical marketing campaigns. This will typically have come from within an internal marketing function or a marketing consultancy. You will have developed insight into market segmentation and brand theory. You will have gained understanding of business dynamics and commercial pressures. Ideally you'll also have strong digital marketing experience and skills.
 
In such an intellectually challenging and analytical position, high academics are a must – typically ABB at A level and 2:1 from a top university. Moreover, you will be able to demonstrate performance above and beyond that of your peers, and have bags of ambition.
 
Your responsibilities will include ownership of all FreshNetworks marketing activity from the operational to strategic. You will also have budget responsibility and be managing supplier relationships.
