Topshop today launched ‘Wish You Were At Topshop’ - a new Summer holiday themed digital campaign at its London, New York, Dublin, Manchester and Liverpool stores.
Using technology created by social media agency FreshNetworks, shoppers are invited to create their own digital ‘Wish You Were At Topshop’ postcard.
After receiving a complimentary styling and make-up session, a photo will be taken with an iPad 2 against a flattering backdrop, with the option to choose one of several Instagram filters to change the look and feel of the image. As well as getting a printed copy of the postcard customers can upload the perfected image straight onto Topshop’s gallery and their own Facebook page, allowing them to share the photo with friends both on and offline. Shoppers can also ‘like’ Topshop’s Facebook gallery and enter a competition for a chance to win a £1,000 summer shopping spree.
Topshop is proud to be the first in the industry to work with Instagram, giving customers a fun in-store experience and a postcard they can keep forever.
“Wish You Were At Topshop” runs from 1st-4th June in Oxford Circus, London, St Stephens Green, Dublin and Church Street, Liverpool and from 8th-11th June in Manchester Arndale and Broadway, New York.
