We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to own the FreshNetworks brand and our thought leadership programme.
The purpose of this role is to increase brand awareness among key target segments and generate new client leads. As the social business market explodes, we need this person to bring ideas that help scale the business and our product frameworks.
Responsibilities
Ownership of the FreshNetworks brand - act as brand guardian and set standards across all our communications channels
Drive a marketing programme that delivers leads and brand awareness – including our thought-leadership programme, PR, website design and management, social media presence
Develop new product frameworks and propositions – working closely with our Strategy Director and the Head of New Business Development
Budgetary control of marketing expenditure
Who we’re looking for
With a focus on building FreshNetworks reputation as a thought leader, you’ll have excellent copywriting skills, which you may have developed through a career in communication, PR or journalism.
You’ll be active in social media and have a good grasp of the latest developments in social and digital. You’ll have the ability to engage others in social, regularly sharing your knowledge with colleagues, clients and the press.
You will also be confident at meeting senior decision makers at our various seminars and events. Ideally you will be an engaging presenter (the sort of person people turn up to hear!) able to represent the company at conferences and events.
You will have a positive approach, with bags of energy and the ability to inspire and motivate others. You will be working closely with all the people most important to us so exceptional communication skills are fundamental.
