Richard is an experienced account manager, with a background in social media measurement and engagement.
He has led campaigns and social media strategy work for our some of our major clients, most recently for 3M, Jimmy Choo and Telefonica.
Richard brings a level of analytical rigour and creative input to our consulting and strategy work. He has experience in translating social media strategies across geographical markets, as well as building measurement frameworks that help clients see the value that social media is bringing to their business.
