Client Services Director - FreshNetworks

We are on the hunt for an experienced, committed and enthusiastic Client Services Director to join and inspire our rapidly growing team.

As CSD your core remit, aside from leading the team, will be to establish strong relationships with key clients and help grow the client portfolio revenue and gross profit. You will drive the strategic focus of the Client Services team and work with a few, large clients, directing and analysing their social media strategy within the context of their overall digital marketing strategies.

You will operate with genuine autonomy, taking responsibility for delivering high quality consultancy and working with the FreshNetworks technical and production teams to deliver social media projects that deliver outstanding results for your clients.

You will be responsible for leading and nurturing the client services team, comprising Client Partners, Account Managers, Social Media Managers and Social Media Execs to:

  • Help identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Build strong client relationships at the most senior levels
  • Deliver strategic advice that has a transformative effect on a client’s business
  • Provide the very highest levels of client servicing

 

Key responsibilities

  • Own the Client Services team vision for FreshNetworks as it firmly positions itself in the Social Business space.
  • Inspire, coach and lead your team, focusing on delivering planned revenues for several key accounts.
  • Maintaining an active client development focus to drive the growth of the business.
  • Using your well honed consultancy skills to develop social media strategies for your clients that deliver measureable results.
  • Oversee high quality delivery of social media initiatives for your clients by working closely with the production, community management and technical teams.
  • Manage and influence senior-level client contacts and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Deliver regular feedback, analysis and reporting to the client to demonstrate how its social media initiatives are adding value to the brand
  • Remain up to date on all aspects of brand digital marketing and how social media fits into this.

You will need to have proven agency experience, excellent account direction skills and a passion for social media.

You will also have demonstrable aptitude in the following skill areas; Consulting skills – ability to deliver at pace, provide advisory relationships to clients and present clear and concise conclusions. Strategic skills – ability to develop real insight and execution plans in response to client problems and confidently advise senior level executives. Navigation – ability to work alongside senior stakeholders to guide complex transformations and the rigour to track delivery and overcome issues along the way. Team Management - proven experience of developing and leading a team, with bags of energy and the ability to inspire and motivate others. 

Your people skills will be second to none. You’ll be an excellent client handler and ferocious networker and be committed to building strong relationships with both clients and key internal stakeholders. You will be an astute commercial and strategic thinker with excellent experience in the world of social media, or brand/strategy consultancy. Your record will demonstrate creative and innovative thinking balanced by sound analytical approaches.
