Account Manager

This role is about planning campaigns, communities and tactics and developing strategies for clients. The role has significant client exposure and is responsible for planning and measuring success of our work.

Experience you need

Practical experience in managing social media for brands; a real understanding of what works and what doesn’t. An analytical mind, and experience planning campaigns and communities. Confident presentation skills and a proven ability to build credibility with new and existing clients.

What that means you’ll actually do

Plan campaigns and communities that will deliver value to clients –work with clients and with others in the team to help you create plans and brief those working on the project

Support Client Partners `to deliver strategy services –helping with the research and analysis stages and helping to plan how strategies roll-out

Owning and reporting on the success measures put in place for each client. Suggesting improvements and coordinating the teams who will work on this

Support Client Partners and New Business in pre-sales
